How we use inquiry information
We use this information to respond to your request, discuss product suitability, samples, technical documents, quotations or private-label cooperation, and keep a record of that discussion. Where information is processed
We use Hostinger to host the website in Singapore, with hosting backup storage in India (Mumbai). Inquiry information may also be copied into our Alibaba Cloud business email service and reviewed by our business in China. Processing locations can therefore differ from your country. Hosting, backup and email providers process information as part of delivering those services.
Retention
Website inquiry records are retained for one year from submission. After that period, we arrange deletion from the active website inquiry inbox and corresponding sales-notification copies. Limited copies may remain in restricted rotating backups until those backups expire. If an inquiry results in an order, separate transaction records may need to be retained for applicable accounting, contractual or other record-keeping requirements.
Technical operation and security
The website uses HTTPS. Our website and service providers process technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested pages and request times, to deliver the website, prevent abuse and investigate technical problems. The inquiry form uses submission checks and a derived IP-based identifier to limit repeated requests. Administrative sessions may use cookies needed for login and website operation.
